Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

A return request can only be submitted after the product has been delivered and received by the customer.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached and intact.

Trying on clothing items is allowed, but items that show signs of wear cannot be returned.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused for return.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs if applicable.

Orders placed with multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.

Any customs fees, import duties, or additional shipping charges related to the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address of our international supplier.
Step 3
Carefully package the item and ship it to the provided return address at your own expense.
Step 4
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (Track & Trace), as we cannot process returns that are lost in transit without proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received at the designated return address and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is delivered to the address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.

If an incorrect shipping address was entered, the customer is responsible for the mistake.

Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
After this timeframe, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.
